South Tower Before Impact

Three Photos of the Jet Approaching the South Tower

These three photographs, the middle of which is reproduced twice, show the second 767, apparently Flight 175, and the towers seconds before impact. The leftmost photo was taken from the north, and shows the jet approaching from the southwest. The middle photo was taken from the south-southwest and shows the jet just a fraction of a second before impact. The right photo was taken from the east and shows the jet at a moment when it may have already begun to impact the tower.
