WTC 3 Damage
Photos of WTC 3 After Tower Collapses
These photographs show how Building 3, the World Trade Center Marriott Hotel, was affected by the fallout from the collapses of the Towers. Since this building stood immediately adjacent to both Towers, with no part more than 160 feet from the nearest Tower, it was crushed by thousands of tons of steel comprising the outer walls of both Towers.
The first photograph, taken by Bill Biggart before he was killed, shows the WTC 3 after the South Tower collapsed. The second photograph shows it after both Towers collapsed.
