Photo of WTC 3 Prior to Attack

These photographs show WTC 3 prior to September 11th. This building, the World Trade Center Marriott Hotel, was the closest of any building to the towers. Despite being crushed by thousands of tons of steel falling from 1000 feet, it did not completely collapse.

In the second photograph, WTC 3 is the silvery building behind the left side of the church silhouette.
